About visa to Kazakhstan
If you need a visa to attend Central Asia Beauty Expo, we can help. As the organiser of the exhibition, we apply to the Migration Police of the Republic of Kazakhstan for visa support on your behalf. Below is what you need to prepare, how the process works, and how long each stage takes.
Citizens of a number of countries need to obtain visa support from the Migration Police of the Republic of Kazakhstan — for example Pakistan, Taiwan, Syria, Lebanon and others. If you are not sure whether this applies to you, get in touch and we will check.
Please send the following information so we can submit your application to the Migration Police.
How the process works
Send the information listed above by email. Please make sure the passport copy is clear and the dates are final.
Once we have received all documents from you, we go to the Migration Police of the Republic of Kazakhstan and apply for visa support on your behalf.
The Migration Police issue the visa support letter within 7 days. We then send you a copy of the letter by email.
With the letter, you go to the embassy of Kazakhstan in your country and apply for your visa. The embassy charges a separate visa fee and processing takes 1–7 days.
Visa support (obtained through us from the Migration Police) and the visa issued by the embassy of Kazakhstan are two separate things, and each one is charged separately.
